Hyderabadi Murg (Chicken with Semolina and Mustard)

INGREDIENTS
Whole legs of chicken - 4
Semolina (suji) - 1 tbsp
Thick Cream - ˝ cup
Curd - ˝ cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
White Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - ˝ tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Mustard powder - ˝ tsp
Lemon Juice - ˝ tsp
Salt to taste
White Oil - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Clean chicken legs and keep aside.
Make a paste of all ingredients and marinate chicken legs for two hours.
Roast in a tandoor (charcoal grill).
Serve with onion rings.
